Open Courseware: Special Seminars on Bose-Einstein Condensates (Fall, 2009) Synopsis This lecture will introduce recent progresses in quantum gas experiments. Fundamental physics of ultracold atom system such as laser cooling and trapping techniques, and cold collisions will be presented.
